Varsity Training
Strength
We use a smart systematic approach to strength training. It’s the building block for Varsity Sports Performance. Technique will always be the top priority. We respect every rep making it a masterpiece.

Balance/mobility
This section of training is often overlooked. We put a huge emphasis on balance and mobility to help our athletes not just get the most out of our training sessions but to help with injury prevention.

Speed
We use the latest and greatest techniques and exercises to learn the fundamentals of speed. Speed can be learned with the right training. Everywhere from where the hands go to where the toe should be pointing.

Leadership
We need more leaders in the world. We will provide leadership lessons that will help each athlete be a better student, teammate, and major leadership contributor to any team.
