What is Training for Warriors and how can it help me?

What makes Varsity Sports Performance effective for young athletes is that it’s not about doing a bunch of fancy exercises that look cool. It’s a smart combination of strength, speed, mobility, balance, injury prevention, and mindset training. Take your athleticism to the Varsity level!


Varsity Training

Strength

We use a smart systematic approach to strength training. It’s the building block for Varsity Sports Performance. Technique will always be the top priority. We respect every rep making it a masterpiece.

Balance/mobility

This section of training is often overlooked. We put a huge emphasis on balance and mobility to help our athletes not just get the most out of our training sessions but to help with injury prevention.

Speed

We use the latest and greatest techniques and exercises to learn the fundamentals of speed. Speed can be learned with the right training. Everywhere from where the hands go to where the toe should be pointing.

Leadership

We need more leaders in the world. We will provide leadership lessons that will help each athlete be a better student, teammate, and major leadership contributor to any team.

Training for Warriors

At TFW is our adult fitness program and we know if you don’t have fun and enjoy the training, you won’t do it. TFW is not designed as a sport or competition, but focuses on you competing against and bettering your body, mind, and spirit.

Varsity Sports Performance

Our youth program is designed for 9-12th graders that are looking to upgrade their sports performance as well as developing their varsity level leadership.
